Timeless heirloom portraits to always have to cherish of your little ones. These heirloom portraits are perfect to have for memories, unforgettable milestones, a birthday or as a gift. You will receive 10 edited images in both colored and B&W. In an online gallery along with all print rights. These will be 20 minute sessions. Your little one must be able to sit up unassited. Offered once a month every month. 10 spots only.

FAQs 


Where are they located? 

Kings Mountain, NC. Currently these are done in my home until I find or get my own studio space. 


What is the investment? 

$50. $25 deposit to book then the other half ($25) two days before your scheduled session date. 


How long are the sessions? 

These are 20 minute sessions. 


Who are these for? 

These are for 6 months or sitting unassisted to about 10 years old. 


Do we receive sneak peeks? 

Not with these sessions. Due to the fast turnaround time of about a week currently but could go up depending on session volume that season. If it does, that will be communicated.


How many images will we receive? 

You’ll receive 10 hand edited images in both color and black & white. 


How many kids are able to come to one session time and do you allow siblings to use one session spot time? 

It’s absolutely fine that siblings come to one session time up to two children. For more than one child a session, there will be an additional charge of $25 for the sibling. If more than two children an additional session time must be booked. This is to ensure that each child gets their solo portraits done as well as sibling portraits in the time amount provided. Each child will receive the image amounts given above. 


How do you pose for heirloom portraits? 

We will do our best to get as many portraits as possible of your little one. I will try my best to get a smiling portrait, each profile side (left and right), the classic look a little to the side up, etc. If the child is older, the more they may be able to do in terms of posing. We even do a silly face if time allows and all other poses have been gotten. 


What should they wear? 

These are from the chest up. It does not matter what type of bottoms or shoes are worn. I have even had my own son wear his fancy heirloom shirt and then sweatpants for his own session. You can put your little one in whatever you’d like. Sunday best, classic heirloom collar dress/shirt, smocked outfits, etc. If it’s close to a holiday and you’d like these to be a little more holiday themed then color wise you can (Ex. Christmas colors) or you can make them more neutral. Please make sure that all outfits are ironed/pressed. A little tip: bring a comb or brush with you to comb any fly aways down or if a hairbow starts to fall out. 


What is your turnaround time with these sessions? 

The turnaround time for these is one week. I am not sending sneak peeks to get them done faster. You will receive 10 images, maybe a little more. In both color and black & white. 


How are our memories delivered? 

Through an online gallery on your email. You’ll receive a print release, what’s next and a video on how to download your memories after your session.
