My Client Booking Process for my Regular Session and Wedding Inquires
Inquiring
All clients are able to inquire through my business Instagram, business Facebook, on my website contact page (that goes straight to my business email) and business email. I have recently set up automated messaging for new messages on my business Instagram and business Facebook now to inquire on my email contact link.
Starting the Process
Once an email address is gotten or I already have it, every client is sent my experience guide, a personal email from me and my booking questionnaire. This helps them to look at all my information. My experience guide has a little about me, some of my work, pricing plus service information, FAQ’s, the booking process, what to expect and a thank you for inquiring. Once they have gotten the experience guide, personal email from me and their questionnaire, some continue by filling out the questionnaire or some choose to go a different direction.
Getting the Details
If the client continues, loving my information and by filling out the questionnaire. I make sure that I am a great fit for capturing their story with the details that they have provided in the questionnaire. My questionnaire also makes sure I am not forgetting to ask anything I need to know in order to capture their story the best I can.
Booking your Story
Storytelling is important and after making sure that I am the best fit for them. Based on the information provided in the questionnaire. I have all the details needed to book and capture their story the best I can. We will discuss locations, dates and times. Once most of the details are decided, a contract is made and sent. Upon signing the contract, the deposit is due and the remaining balance is due two days before their scheduled session.
It’s Official!
When all the business stuff is taken care of with the contract and deposit. My clients set date, time and location is put on my calendar making their session officially booked! No session can be officially scheduled without the contract and deposit completed.
That is it, my client booking process from start to finish. I did just improve this a ton, it’s working out beautifully for all booking clients this season. Ensuring a great client experience!
